I have worked on the land for 25 years in a variety of settings and climates from Bulgaria to Italy and the UK.  I acquired the Permaculture Design Certificate in 2012 under Aranya in Italy.  I am also a published author on edible wild plants.  For the book check out the link directly to the publishers.
